Black Listed #1 (First, yay. Congratulations sucker!)

Reason :
1) She reply to my e-mails seriously damn slowly. Everytime when i had inquiries she would only reply to one of my question and i have to ask again!!!!(eg. If more than 1 question was asked) She doesn't tell you when she mailed out the items/ received the payment which is so worrying. And she would only tell me when i mailed her after 2-3 times THIS HAPPENED NOT ONLY ONCE! Furthermore i told her to leave down her contact number for me so that it's easier to contact her, she didn't and ignored my request(*not even replying to it). AS BEING A SUPPLIER TO ME, I PERSONALLY THINK THAT PROVIDING ME WITH YOUR CONTACT NUMBER IS PRIORITY. Furthermore being the direct supplier -.-

2) Items received from her are sometimes really very different from the pictures (*colour wise, sorry to those who ordered them from me if you're dissatisfied with them :( )
For example i received a WRONG ORDER(*still without replies) With the hello kitty the picture states that there's supposed to be yellow on the nose of it. But when received it being WRONG and there WASN'T any colour on the nose. just plain white. -.- What is this man. I mean like if she's so busy, that she can't even produce goods as stated or reply e-mails. Might as well close it right? And now i still have not received any replies from her and I've sent about 5 e-mails to her since tuesday. So irritated by her.

3) She says that items will be mailed out the day after payment is confirmed. Come on, how are you supposed to know when she has sent them out or not when she doesn't even tell your has she received the payment or order?

4) She doesn't pack the items/sell them the way she shown. Seriously -.- Don't show something when you can't do it. You can see from the items that she's just drawing them out for the sake of drawing(details of earstuds all gone) them no heart was put in it.

5) She said she was out of town for an urgent thing. BUT BEING A SUPPLIER HOW CAN YOU NOT INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS!! HOW IRRESPONSIBLE -.-


THE SUPPLIER HAS MAILED ME, LIKE FINALLLYYY! SO THOSE WHO'VE YET TO RECEIVE ITEMS WILL BE MOST LIKELY TO BE ABLE TO GET THEM WHEN I COME BACK FROM MY TRIP. SORRY FOR THE DELAY SHE CAUSED AND THANKS FOR BEING PATIENT!
